Research essential information for shows aired at prime time television; this helped me to understand and improve my skill on research collecting and how to identify important issues that need to be covered
* Arranging visual media such as graphics, that would be used during the shows either under screen (lower third) or as whole screen graphics; this enabled me to understand the significance of using a range of visual media in order to capture the target audience, and help them to better understand the delicacy and importance of topics being discussed
* Source information from the newsroom and gather relevant information that would be ideal to cover during the shows; this not only helped me with my research skills, but also allowed me to understand the work ethic of a busy environment as such, and importance of collecting and building authentic information that would be used as content for the programs.
* Working closely with the anchor of shows; this helped me focus on my interpersonal skills and ensuring that the anchor was familiar with the details of the forthcoming program and helping to resolve any issues that there may have been
* Updating the organizations various social media platforms i.e. Facebook and Twitter; this allowed me to use my creativity and connect to the thousands of followers ensuring that the content provided on these is relevant and of interest through which I was able to help the team retain a loyal following from the target audience
* Contacting potential guests for the shows and asking them to join the anchor on TV for various shows; This helped me to better my communication skills but also enabled me to highlight my personality and persuasive skill in order to fulfill my duty, as well as build core working relationships
* During peak times, and when required I helped manage the technical logistics of shows behind the scenes, e.g. cameras, lighting, and focus on anchors and guests
I use to do research by reading articles and newspaper; this helped me widen my knowledge on current affairs of Pakistan

During the course of this internship I built many relationships with my colleagues which allowed me to understand more about journalism, I assisted my colleagues with issues that arose within the work place
I was working there as a program officer, coordinate with sponsors, arranging events and coordinating with different officials.This was my first experience of working n any organization during my studies.During my internship period i have learnt so many things like time management, coordination and learnt how to organize an event.
