Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing, operating, inspecting, planning & estimating complete activities of the project.
Checking levels of each layer by performing different test namely field density test, proctor, soil classification etc.
Maintain constant follow up with team to assure that task were completed timely & quality level maintain.
Completed project within in given time frame.
Read & interpret plans and specifications & assist in development of new plans.

2) Project: Multi 3S Brand Facility, Construction of PEB Showroom & Warehouse.
Total cost of Project is 650 Million. Covered area of PEB is 175000
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare outline solutions, detailed technical designs (including, calculations, specifications, drawings, risk assessments and pre-construction information), working the construction teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
Inspect & execute erection of main steel girders and bracing between frames.
Inspect alignment and bolt tightening for main members of the structure.
Inspect & Execute all finishing activities block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, Aluminium
cladding, glass work and landscaping.
Checking Electrical & Plumbing work and ensure work done as per drawing.
Scheduling Base Line, Progress Tracking, Organizing Activities,

·        Involved in project monitoring and management activities right from activity start up to delivery to the client.
·        Supervising various finish work like Block masonry, Plastering, Electrical, Plumbing, Tiling, Glass cubical, False Ceiling, parquet flooring, MEP and Paint work.
·        Estimating and billing the quantities executed at site.
·        Co-ordination with project consultants (structural & utilities services), Contractor and all agencies included.
·        Micro planning to improve progress of work and solving constraints.

·        Execution, supervision and monitoring of civil works going on site.
·        Ensure implementation of design as per drawings.
·         Taking out quantities of material including concrete, steel and formwork.

·    Supervising overall construction activities on site.
·    Coordinating with the client in project execution to ensure that the implementation schedules are well managed.
·    Checking method statements and bar bending schedules for structural reinforcement steel
· Checking Reinforcement, Formwork and pouring of all structural members as per drawing.
·    Monitoring the progress of work at site, equipment mobilization, work
Preparation and execution.
