1.Manage & execute overall production plan ensuring maximum efficiency and minimizing downtimes.

2.Proactive approach to manage production within given KPI. Process loss; Paper loss, Liter/worker, chemical usage etc.

3.To ensure smooth operation of Pasteurizer plant, Ultra High Treatment(UHT) and TetraPak Filling Machines.

4.Overall responsible for handling FMCG (Dairy) operations from milk reception to Finished Good.

5.Ensure all processing activities, like periodic CIP , sterilization & preparation are done as per SOP.

6.Coordinate with Technical Department for preventive or breakdown maintenance activities.

7.Compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) to amend Work Instructions, SOP’s and process parameters.

8.To ensure compliance of GMP, Quality Management System & ISO 14000.

9.Coordinate with R&D for recipe compliance and feedback for amelioration.

10.To held daily, weekly and monthly operational meetings.

11.Delegate responsibilities and gives clear, consistent directives to the foreman, supervisors, operators and staffs.

12.Ensure maximum efficiencies of output and works with allotted budgets.

13.Carry out any special assignment, time to time, as required by production manager.

1. Responsible for safe & efficient operation of all plant.

2. To coordinate with maintenance section for preventive or breakdown maintenance activities.

3. To achieve production targets for shift.

4. To ensure filling of all log sheets by the respective operators, keep the records and report to
Production Manager.

5. To ensure all processing activities, during the shift as per dairy practices like periodic CIP of all processing equipment, maintaining good hygiene level.

6. To control shift activities to keep process loss & paper, tray, cartoon loss within permissible limits.

7. To carry out any any special assignment, time to time, as required by production manager.
