Responsible for the overall marketing and sales of the department name “Building Material” and accomplish marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Production & Sales planning for the achievement of monthly/quarterly & annual targets.
• Team building, hiring/firing & performance appraisals.
• Set targets of sales teams and dealers along with incentive schemes.
• Maintain relationships with architects/consultants/contractors etc.
• Plan marketing activities nationwide and preparing budgets.
• Responsible to participate in trade exhibitions nationwide.
• Travel major cities and their markets to analyze market trend and suggest suitable action to maintain profitability graph with consistent target achievement
