Examine scope of work with reference to quality of units being manufactured
Performing Inprocess Inspections, Final Inspection and Functional Test.
Assisting in the launching of process management system, to include; documentation of processes/procedures, training of personnel.
Fulfilling all needed requirements of ISO 9000.
Regularly submit executive summary of progress.
Carry out internal quality audits to assure documented procedures are followed.
Responsible for management of QC team.
Responsible and conduct quality check during production on random basis.
Carrying out Pre Delivery Inspections.
Responsible to act with client for Quality requirements.
Handle complains and check the close out of complains.
Supervise Monitoring Team in absence of Monitoring Head
Identifying potential hazards in workplace and reporting to HSE Department.
Attend Morning Meetings on daily basis and coordinate with concern departments for any quality related issues.
Making statistical analysis of defects data obtained during field work to show rejection rate

• Planning as demand received from client to meet the requirements within budget and on time.
• Materials Requisition through ERP software
• Production planning & control to meet deadline
• Coordination with HR Department for workers attendance/leaves plan
• Document control
• Coordinate with Engineering Store regarding material inventory,
• Coordinate with supply chain depart regarding Items updated market rates 
• Costing & estimation of SS Items
• Coordinate with HSE & QC depart for safe and quality services,
• Maintaining of all history of stainless steel items, new manufactured or used.
• Coordinate with HR depart for new hiring,
• Logging of complains, Closing of complains and preparation of Tool Box Talk with workshop team,
