Oracle Procurement:
• Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Track and monitor deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Assist in vendor qualification processes.
• Monitor inventory levels.
Tender Estimation:
• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
• Gather and compile data for cost calculations.
• Maintain and update cost databases.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure project needs are met.

Tender Analysis:
• Review and analyze tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQs).
• Identify and clarify any discrepancies or ambiguities in tender requirements.
Cost Estimation:
• Calculate accurate cost estimates for electrical materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for electrical works.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze and compare supplier quotations.
• Evaluate project risks and incorporate contingencies into estimates.
Technical Compliance & SAP Procurement:
• Ensure estimates comply with relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Prepare technical proposals and clarifications.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions.

Design & Planning:
• Assist in the design and planning of electrical systems.
• Develop and review electrical drawings on AutoCAD & Plan-Swift.
• Calculate electrical loads and determine equipment requirements.
Technical Support / Material Submittals:
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Project Cost Analysis:
• Assist project managers with technical aspects of electrical projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Help to ensure quality control.
