Faiza Ghani holds a Master degree in Anthropology. She has worked on various development projects aimed at improving the lives of Pakistan's underprivileged and marginalized populations. In the development sector, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed organizations such as Hashoo Foundation as a Social Mobilizer, Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as a Community Youth Facilitator, and the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) as a Project Officer. Additionally, she has served as a Social Organizer for various projects with Research and Development Solutions (RADS). Currently, she is working with the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS) as a Field Coordinator.

Arrange and manage interviews and focus group discussions with head teachers, teachers, alumni, and their parents from The Citizen Foundation schools in various districts of Punjab (Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Jhang, Khanewal).
