Faiza Ghani holds a Master degree in Anthropology. She has worked on various development projects aimed at improving the lives of Pakistan's underprivileged and marginalized populations. In the development sector, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed organizations such as Hashoo Foundation as a Social Mobilizer, Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as a Community Youth Facilitator, and the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) as a Project Officer. Additionally, she has served as a Social Organizer for various projects with Research and Development Solutions (RADS). Currently, she is working with the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS) as a Field Coordinator.

Field Coordinator
Project - To understand the impact of sustained quality education on female empowerment and on shifting social norms regarding gender.
Arrange and manage interviews and focus group discussions with head teachers, teachers, alumni, and their parents from The Citizen Foundation schools in various districts of Punjab (Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Jhang, Khanewal).
Overseeing a team of field interviewers to ensure the collection, safe maintenance, and transmission of qualitative data to the head office.
Monitor and Evaluate the progress of field team and report to the Program Manager
Conduct qualitative data collection and transcribe when required, including interviews and focus group discussions.
Develop and utilize various verification methods such as cross-referencing, follow-up interviews, and comparison analysis.
Proficient in integrating means of verification techniques into data collection processes to enhance data quality and credibility.

Enumerator (Phone survey)
Responsible for phone-based data collection for the assessment of GIZ TVET Sector Support Program (TVET SSP) in Pakistan.
Collected qualitative data through phone calls.
Carefully submitted entries and responses on the web-based questionnaire survey on Survey CTO.
Maintained a record of progress and reported to the field coordinator on a daily basis.
Mobilization Officer
Identify and reach out to communities, caregivers and children in mobile population, urban slums, diverse ethnic and religious groups, and out of school children up to 15 years of age, to raise awareness and refer to the TCV centers.
Engage with community networks and plan/implement social mobilization and community engagement activities – in schools, public/private spaces, malls/markets, mosques, clinics/hospitals, etc. – to raise awareness and create demand for the Typhoid vaccination before and during the campaign.
Support strategic project team in brainstorming on awareness raising and outreach strategies.
Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
Community Youth Facilitator
Delivered training sessions on active citizenship and peacebuilding to involve the community in promoting peace in Multan.
Prepared reports on events and activities, and contributed to the development of social action plans.
Provided training to over 100 local youth volunteers in peacebuilding, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
Facilitated awareness sessions on topics including social cohesion, peacebuilding, and resilience.

Provided expertise in conceptualizing, design and drafting new outputs/products proposals inline with the objective of the Cultural Caravan Project
