Assisting the plant manager in selection of machinery, equipments and all other necessaries for the plant.
Reviewing the plant designs and drawings for complete understanding of project to be executed and ensuring the work being done according to the drawings and layouts.
Comparison of different quotations of equipments and machinery to select the more physible among all with respect to quality and economical aspects.
Inspections of work being done by outsource, preparing punch list, highlight the drawbacks and ensuring the corrective actions if required.
To implement the production plan to manufacture the batch according to the requirement of customers.
Preparing processing schedule and production orders to take decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures and duty assignments on production plan.
Cost minimization including production cost, maintenance cost and wastages.
Ensuring the best quality of products manufacturing and maintaining the production report.
Assist product development and QC department to fulfill the customer needs.
Prepare batch cards of prototype production.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedule of plant and machinery. Also maintaining the log books titled as “ROM”.
Conduct OJT (on job training) of machine operators & helping staff to improve their work efficiency.
To ensure smooth production by continuous monitoring of plant
Quality assurances of final product physically, chemically and biologically till dispatch.
Regular monitoring of control and critical control points according to the HACCP STANDARDS to avoid any non-conformance at the plant.
Daily analysis of raw, R.O and Product water.
Preparation and dozing of minerals solutions to achieve the desired quality product.
Dozing of chemicals like Bottle cleaning detergent, Disinfectant and also Ozone conforming the standards of mineral water process.
Calibration of equipment’s being used for testing.
Maintaining monitoring log of parameters after regular intervals in a shift (pH, TDS, detergent & disinfection concentration etc.)
Elemental analysis of Drinking water like Calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and other traces in water.
Daily production report including consumption of raw materials, product water and remaining balance.
Monitoring hygiene of production staff as well as overall plant.
On job training and induction training for new staff as well as arranging external trainings.
Complete responsibility of operations / processes of four different sections of polymer division Including ABS, HIPS, PVC & UPVC (From selection of the raw materials to the end of finished products).
Responsible of smooth production in all above sections with consistent quality improvements.
Comparison of different available raw materials and choosing most feasible technically and economically for the production.
Process improvements including energy efficiency, cost reduction also quality and life of products.
Ensuring preventive and scheduled maintenance of the plants for their improved production life.

Installations and commissioning of 4 different plants with foreign engineers.
Ensuring the implementations of all Health and safety rules during production shift.
