Designing, budgeting, managing and Implementation of women empowerment initiative project of KADO. 
Effective management and implementation of WEI project activities developing partnership and linkages building with grassroots community organizations, Local support organizations and Women Organizations in District Hunza GB and District Khanewal in Multan South Punjab.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Prepare quarterly, monthly and annual progress reports of the projects.
Building capacities of grassroots leadership and communities providing awareness sessions, trainings and skill enhancement activities for community development.
Strengthening of local organizations particularly woman organizations facilitating and developing five years development plan, conducing social and financial audits and enhancing their management skills.
Mapping and assessing capacities of women groups succeeding for award projects (revolving loan fund) for small business initiatives and enterprise development.
Organize workshops and conferences on gender equality, innovative agriculture techniques, livelihood generation and businesses development.
Planning and capacity building of LSO staff in M&E, Resources Mobilization and Documentation.
Documenting project achievements, progress reports and other deliverables assigned by CEO, partner organizations and funders.  
Regular coordination and meetings with the national and international partner organizations.
Develop concept notes and proposals for partner organizations and donors for funding.

• Building capacity of community leaders, individuals and strengthening organizations by creating learning environment conducting training sessions, workshops and learning action circles.
• Providing awareness session to promote civic sense in students and parents organizing programs in schools and communities.
• Resource mobilization for developing human capital and strengthening local support organizations.
• Facilitating and preparing community comprehensive development plans in participatory approach organizing community framework sessions and workshops.
• Preparing training manual and learning materials, translation into Urdu, composing, compiling and publishing. exp. HiMaT books for development leadership series.
• Encouraging livelihood generation options and entrepreneurship development through small business initiatives and Quick win projects.
• Arranging sessions for farmers on different innovative techniques of farming, organic farming and value chain.
• Prepare annual, quarter and monthly progress reports of the projects and organization.
