Responsible for developing and renovating business facilities which comes under the umbrella of the company that includes Pizza Max, Ginsoy, Royal Taste, Mings and MESCO. Recently completed 04 projects with in a time frame of 50 days.
Look after timely maintenance of existing 40 branches and equipment installed within the facility all over Pakistan and leading a technical team of all traits to carry out all the maintenance activities for smooth operations.

Ensuring that the utilities' needs of Production are fulfilled and optimized. That all utilities that come/may come in contact with product are treated according to the food safety acceptance criteria.

Dealing with consultant and contractors for timely completion of projects related to construction of new facilities, solar power, fire fighting, HVAC, water treatment plants, utilities such boiler, genset, cooling towers, water pumps etc and up gradation of plant machinery for maximum production and efficiency.

Implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at sites as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules related to plumbing, firefighting & HVAC VRF system.

Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the construction manager for approval prior to execution at site.

Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

Ensuring the availability of utilities after the completion of project and helping the client in documentation required by the local utility providers such as K.Electric, SSGC, KWSB and SBCA.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to lead and manage the engineering activities at sites.
2. Ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of all equipment at sites.
3. Responsible for planning and issuance of preventive maintenance plans of all equipment with the consultation of Maintenance Engineers.
4. Development of preventive maintenance plans and scope of work according to OEM technical recommendations.
5. Ensure complete compliance of preventive maintenance through CMMS.
6. Supervise servicing and inspection of equipment including central air conditioning, centrifugal, reciprocating and absorption chillers along with all auxiliaries, heating and ventilation systems, plumbing fixtures, sewerage systems, electrical fixtures and circuitry, emergency generators, pumps, motors, boilers, elevators, RO Plant etc.
7. Provide technical support to Operation Managers and Maintenance Engineers in day to day operation and modification in MEP systems as and when required.
8. Assist Business Development section in technical gap analysis and submit report thereof.
9. Responsible to sign Annual Maintenance Contract of all major equipment on behalf of the company (AAA FM) with an authorized vendor as per OEM guidelines.
10. Ensure timely execution of all AMCs and increase mean time between failures (MTBF).
11. Proactively coordinate with supervisors, maintenance engineers and facility heads of other sections and establish the good working relationship.

✓ Coordinates with UGM’s and SM’s for the purpose of resolving their
branch equipment problems all over Pakistan.
✓ Installs system component parts (e.g. HVAC systems, plumbing,
electrical and gas kitchen equipment, kitchen appliances, etc.)
✓ Performs a variety of preventive maintenance activities (e.g. filters, belts,
thermostats, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining items in an operative
and safe condition.
✓ Prepares written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, open/punch
list, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying
information.
✓ Prioritizes work orders (e.g. importance, location, etc.) for the purpose of
ensuring equipment is repaired in an efficient and effective manner.
✓ Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose
of resolving immediate operational concerns.
Other Functions
✓ Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars for the
purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform
functions.
✓ Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring
the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
