Installation of Servers, Softwares etc.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Printers ,scanner's etc
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
Handle the roll-out of new applications.
Create new users accounts and profiles.
Test, implement, and evaluate new technology and/or devices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High responsiveness and support to all users requests within very clear response times and business prioritization.
Monitor and Implement security surveillance cameras on daily basis and their recordings and make sure of their availability
when requested.
Implement the functionality of the local network Infrastructure including Network ports, Switches, Patch Panels, Patch
cords to make sure of Network functionality and communication performance.
Implement and Troubleshoot Desktop computers Hardware and software to make sure of their performance and software
updates.
Provide daily and monthly IT reports for the IT performance logs and activities in addition to IT Documentations and
IT equipment assets and requests.
Assists for offsite support visits and outreaches when IT attendance is needed.
Assist on classrooms IT peripherals such as Desktop computers, LCDs and sound systems, to make sure of their
availability, functionality and performance.
Implement Servers hardware and software to make sure of their availability and performance including the server daily
backups and restore, the creation of new users, mailboxes internet availability shared files backup and restore after
consulting the IT Manager.
Supports server hardware maintenance.
Supports conferencing equipments and technologies such as Skype.
