I'm dedicated, integral and, above all, determined. It hasn't been a simple task to acquire my place at Arts University Bournemouth. Many refusals took place at various institutions which highlighted a key skill of mine which I feel is important to work inside the media industry. That skill was the ability to remain focused on my goal no matter how many times I get knocked back. In the end, it was my passion for the subject that shone through but to get that noticed proved to be a difficult task.
I have been described by fellow students and tutors on my film production course as being reliable, having a positive attitude toward work, being well organized and expressing great enthusiasm toward creative tasks. The reason for undertaking this degree was to gain an advanced understanding into the practical side of film and television production as well as learning the media theory surrounding this particular medium.
I can appreciate the fierce competition that takes place in the media industry and know that the best way to get work in such a fast moving industry would be to have first hand experience within it.
I'm eager to learn and incredibly passionate about creating products for other people to enjoy. To work in a team, potentially in its thousands, with the aim of pleasing an audience would be out of this world.
As mentioned, I've worked very hard to get where I currently am and will not let anything hold me back from taking my career to the next level.
