Working with THALES JV on the following aspects pertaining to the New Islamabad International Airport;
- Coordination with all stakeholders for planning, scheduling, managing and monitoring of various technical activities for the installation of Airport Special Systems.
- Preparation the weekly, monthly and special reports on the progress of the tasks and presenting to the higher management of Civil Aviation Authorities and the THALES JV.
- Preparation of monthly Look Ahead reports on starting, ending and on-going activities.
- Highlight and inform all stakeholders about variation findings that may have impact on the project schedule.
- Keep close liaison with the PMO departments of the PMC, CAA and the JV (THALES, Selex and Guarantee Engineers)

Overall incharge of installation, working and maintenance of Data center, Networking, Wi-Fi, Bio-metrics, CCTV, Power Supply/UPS/Generators, Security, Administration, Maintenance, Renovation, Procurement, Inventory, Transport, etc.
Also worked as member of various committees responsible for smooth operations of the University including supervising the team responsible for monitoring the students and their activities.

Responsible for all SDLC activities starting from discussion with the users in defining the requirement specification, architectural designing, prototype designing, development, testing and implementation of various automation projects for FBR, NHA, other related departments and also extending full operational and maintenance support of these systems to the users. Coordinated and assisted the French and Nederland OEMs in installation, trials, performance evaluation, defect reporting, analysis, etc of Real-time Command and Control systems onboard Pakistan Navy Submarines and radars installed onboard Pakistan Navy ships. Also involved to resolve outstanding issues, along with monitoring and follow-up the agreed points between OEMs and Pakistan Navy.

Responsible for various automation projects from its inception till their successful implementation and subsequent maintenance of the software applications, required for French firms for their users in Pakistan Navy. Major Systems include the following;

As Manager Projects, involved in the management of different defense projects of system installation, Conducting Harbor and Sea Acceptance Trials; User Training, Maintaining Documentation and Coordinating with foreign engineers related to various systems.
• Carried out system installation, configuration, testing and management of software/hardware of Command, Control & Communication System onboard Pakistan Navy Ships. Also prepared user manuals and conducted training.
• Developed the software for offline digitizing navigational maps and integration of those in the Command, Control & Communication System. Also digitized various maps and made part of the C3 System onboard PN Ships.

On-Job Training with Swedish company “CelsiusTech” (later SaabTech) in the development, integration and testing of the Command, Control and Communication system for Naval ships. Also developed some important modules for integration with the C3 system.
