I have learned and accomplished a great deal in my 12.6 years of Project Management and general Administration of the Project, one of them all professional skills, i served 2.6 years as Project Manager, the Project was Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior, under National Forensic Science Agency Hyderabad.

my responsibilities was as under.
1.Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for incorporation managing the production of the required deliverable planning and monitoring the project of National Forensic Science Agency.
2.Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures, preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
3.Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans, liaison with programme management and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
4.monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary, applying change control and configuration management processes, reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
5.liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project, maintaining an awareness of potential inter dependencies with other projects and their impact, adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.
RESPONSIBLITIES:

Managing office record and prepare minutes of meeting associated with Medical Officer / Registrars.
Managing Duties of Medical Officers / Para Medical staff and Nursing Staff
Reporting to Medical Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
• Calendar-based plan to Director, manage the meetings in Division / District based Officers.
• Communicate with District Officers / Divisional Officers to confirm or cancel meetings and other scheduled events.
• Type letters Correspondence, send emails, record meeting minutes, write reports, prepare presentations and paper work plan for meetings and Workshops Seminars and answer phone calls.
Accounts work preparation of bills, maintain office records
Report to the Executive District Officer, maintain daily dairy
Record keeping, filling of office record
Prepare minutes of meetings on monthly basis with all District Officer of Group of Agriculture Department
Monthly meetings with Field staff like Field Assistants / Crop Field Assistant Statistical Assistant
Administrations work of admin section / technical section.
Work under Supervision of Accountant / Superintendent
Report submitted to the District officer
Arrange Trainings of Technical staff / Field Staff like Field Assistants, Agriculture Officers
