Preparing Management Comments/Responses of Audit Observations and Preparing Compliance Reports

Repair and Maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures, Machinery & Equipment and Office Building Premises etc.
Procurement through Quotations, Tenders, and Direct Contracting Auction/Chemical Disposal of Old Fixed Assets and Official Record etc.

Calculating and Checking to make sure Payments, Amounts and Records are correct
Sorting out Incoming and Outgoing Daily Post and Answering any Queries
