Customer Service & Operation Manager
• This position is responsible for front desk services, dealing with all current & new customers in the branch
• This incumbent manages new account openings, handing customer queries & resolve their various problems, ensuring “YOU FIRST” Customer services Standard
• Support & execute all customer products transactions inclusive of ATM cards, Visa prepaid debit cards, Lockers and all types of liability products and Remittances products and services & etc.
• Management of all ATM Machine operational procedures and practices wherever applicable.
• Joint Custodian and ensure working supplies of security stationary.
• Ensuring policy compliance with the bank’s applicable policies (inclusive of achieving policy) and SBP regulations, to prevent/control fraud and forgery and aim for zero ICU/Audit/CCAG exceptions.
• Managing Cash Management Cell for handling and monitoring proper lifting and feeding of Cash Services within branches of Area.
• To ensure that there are appropriate and documented internal controls and procedures in place. Monitor the operation of such procedures and controls and regularly review them to ensure that they reflect any changes in products, systems, policy and regulations.
