My name is Uzma Bhatti and I am Currently Job as a Divisional Complaint Desk Officer at Women Protection Cell.As a Divisional Complaint Desk Officer, I am extremely concerned to listen a problem of a caller/survivor and try to solve her problem. But above all things are technical and the requirements of job, I simply want to make a difference. Tasks & responsibilities
· To attend training and field based learning activities on SMART methodology;
· To ensure the data collection from HH/Individual/villages on the daily basis as per the designed tools like MUAC, questionnaires related to SMART survey;
· To ensure that all interviews planned in a day are conducted by assuring data quality standards and using variety of specific information given on survey questionnaires;
· To ensure that all relevant equipment and data collection forms along with stationaries are taken to field for data collection;
· To ensure informed consent and respect confidentiality of information received;
· To ensure that respondents understand uniformly questions the way intended, as explained in training given to enumerators before carrying out the data-collection;
· To ensure quality of data in terms of neat and clean entries in the forms with no missing information.
· To take anthropometry measurements of under five years children and PLWs as per instructions provided during training;
· To identify the problems in obtaining quality data and share with Field Officer and also proposed solutions to address issues;
· Double checking of data collection forms before submitting to database management focal person on daily basis;
· Submit completed forms to the Field Officer and discuss the daily progress;
· Support and cooperate with the supervisor in team building and better coordination.
· Male enumerators will have the additional responsibility to facilitate the female enumerators when they need their help during interview and the field movement/deployment;
· All the team members (surveyors) will crosscheck the filled forms of each other at the end of a day on daily basis; and
· To take care of anthropomorphize equipment and handle them carefully.
DIVISIONAL COMPLAINT DESK OFFICER SINDH –Women Protection Cell Sindh- (Present)
Job Responsibilities
• Complete part-iii of complaint registration form.
• Register details of case in complaint register.
• Properly Heard complainant and collect full details of complainant.
• Maintain district-Wise Picture data base of complainant.
• Prepare weekly report of pending cases.
• Properly follow-ups all SOPs and guidelines from time to time.
• Complete case refer form for referring cases to legal aïd group (LAG)
• Maintain complaint data base.
• Supervision of works /tasks, when assigned to me.
• Represent WPC in external events and forums when requires
• Prepare weekly, monthly and overall cases status.
• Maintain regular contact with complainant to lessen her grievance.
• Meetings with SSPs,DIGs,SHOs of Hyderabad range.
• Maintain office record on daily basis.
• Any other task assigned to time to time.
Under contract with USAID Citizens' Voice Project, Importance of Local Government Systems" project in District Jamshoro Assistant District Coordinator will be responsible for following tasks.
Responsibilities of Assistant District Coordinator:
• Responsible to assist Project Coordinator in all project activities.
• To assist the Project Coordinator in executing activities, especially within the district, as per agreed standards within given timeline and budget;
• Close liaison with all relevant stakeholders for smooth implementation of the project;
• He/she will be responsible to coordinate with Youth Cohort for engaging its members in various voluntary activities & programs;
• To assist the Project Coordinator in writing activity reports, project progress reports, and project completion reports;
• Responsible to maintain records & documentation pertaining to all activities of the project.
