- I have worked on several construction projects which includes Buildings Constructions (Residential, Commercial, Educational), Road constructions. I have a vast previous experience of managing / execution of civil construction site / works as per drawings.
- having ability of arrangement / procurement of all types materials / machinery used in construction works, having good knowledge of preparation of drawings, Shop drawings, as built drawings, cross sections, area use plans 2d and 3d models, measurement / Data sheets for execution of construction activities at site.
- Check Requests, RFI’s, Submittals Preparation.
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
- Preparation of Construction work Schedule (GANTT CHART).
- Also Control the Document work at site i.e. RFI’s, Check requests, Submittals, & and getting Approval from Consultant superior’s, drawing Approval, submission of Construction use material to consultants and Approval of these Materials from Consultant.
- Preparation of Shop Drawings during the buildings construction work.
- Handle all account work related to the sites i.e. Salaries of Site Staff, Site Worker Payments, Sub-Contractors Payments, Construction Material Payments at construction sites. I'm also doing a job of all kind of purchasing related to construction.
- Supervision of site Activities and also deals with sub-contractors about the site's daily activities related to the construction work.
- Supervising the site and following up with approved documents for all the related works to the building construction.
- Coordination with consultant (HALCROW) superiors about the submission and approval of all kinds of construction material used on site.
- Handle all purchasing related to construction of buildings as per given specification /satisfaction of consultants.
