• In Leeds, DHL oversees Unilever's export division. My primary duties
include physically inspecting the containers for safety reasons since they
contain aerosols and roll-ons, entering customer orders into software, and
completing the proper documentation for each destination country, including
both European and non-European countries. Additionally, coordinating with
the appropriate agencies, such as customs and the Chamber of Commerce,
to get EADs, or export authorization paperwork,
• I am in liaison with 3PL to arrange timely collection and distribution of export
orders, ensuring correct transportation conditions and documentation
requirements are met.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including supply chain planning,
manufacturing, logistics, finance, and quality, to facilitate exports smoothly
for both Ocean and road transport.
• Providing drivers transporting aerosols with appropriate documentation,
including Dangerous Good Forms, to ensure that containers cross borders
quickly and arrive at international markets on schedule.
• Handling queries via telephone, email with international markets related to
delivery status, stock availability, returns, and resolve complaints.

• Physical stock management to maintain an effective stock flow and storage
process.
• Receiving deliveries and allocating them according to Purchase Orders. Sort,
label merchandise into pre-defined categories
• Prepare and issue orders for picking, identify and discuss any operational
problems.

• I used to manage the delivery of imported products from Taiwan and China
into stock and directly to customers nationwide, including the use of the
shipment portal and customs clearance.
• Liaising with sales, purchasing, production, and transportation teams to
stabilise the flow of work and maintain quality according to the company’s
protocols.
• Oversaw demand analysis and forecasting using WMS, ERP, and Excel
sheets, and used SAP to prepare documents like delivery notes and sales
