• Customer’s order delivery management.
• Devolpe, evaluate, monitor and supervise logistics plans and programs including Sea and Air shipments. Readiness materiel, deployment and support planning.
• Responsible for In-land transportation and inventory management of nationwide warehouses.
• Coordination with customs clearance team for In-transit shipments and planing transportation modes according to distribution plans.
• Direct coordination with customers for BOM, PO Capitallisation, order delivery of shipments, day to day operations, monthly reconciliation reports of inventory and surprise/periodic audits arrangements at all warehouses.
• Arranging GRN’s collection and equipment acceptance documents from customers accross all regions.
• Coordination with technical projects directors/managers, local purchase, Finance, Terminal and repair factory teams.
• Technical Inventory warehouses internal periodic audits.
• Managment of monthly transportation cost and KPI’s reports.
• Ensuring company compliance and policies in routine tasks.
• Uploading equipment arrival documents in company’s database.
• Any additional task assigned by GM’s logistics Pakistan.
 

Coordinate, administer and monitor the maintenance, repair, replacement and logistics of company vehicles
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are carried out as per schedule and monitor post repair performance.
• Supervise and if necessary undertake the timely repair and servicing of damaged vehicles in order to minimize downtime
• Manage the inventory of spares parts for vehicles, in coordination with the Logistics Manager, in order to ensure an adequate supply of spares
• Conduct analysis of vehicle status and make recommendations for timely replacement, including type of vehicles, spares etc. in order to improve cost-efficiency Control transfer and movement of vehicles between project locations as required by operations
• Provide recommendations for lowering vehicle-operating expenses and reduce idle time of vehicles
• Ensure all vehicle operation policies and systems are up to date and enforced within field operations
• Regularly review and update vehicle fleet related policies at least once a month
• Maintain vehicle workshop in order to provide timely servicing/repairing of vehicles
• Recruitment, training and assessment of relevant fleet staff of Peshawar area.
• Responsible for whole fleet of Peshawar area.

Project Management Warehousing and Distribution
Ensure the physical inventory of warehouse with system Software and excel based stock report.
Ensure the accurate receiving and issuance of material from warehouses.
Warehouse Floor management of 72000 Sq Ft Area Across three locations
Management of Space Utilization layouts.
Ensure the daily cycle count of inventory on daily basis.
Ensure the weekly Self Audit exercise on available inventory.
Conducting the periodically warehouses audits.
Facilitate the internal and external auditors on arranged and surprised audits.
Discuss and arrange the space prior to receiving the heavy shipments of local or foreign supplier.
Manage the stock position according to the status, product and department.
Manage and control the store activities according to the priority.
Ensure to higher management that all essential records are being maintained on daily basis without violating any company policy.
Coordination with inspection team about the quality of received products prior to issuance.
Prepare report of slow moving and dead items and share with the high management.
Arrange the auction of obsolete items.
Arrange the auction of scrap material (iron, wooden and paper )
Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.
