Technical support on Electronic Practice Management (EPM) software, system used by different stake holders including the physicians, hospitals, Medical billing companies in the USA for the maintenance of patient health records according to the standards provided by Federal US government. My role is to entertain client requests. The main menus were Billing, Insurances, Patients and Settings.
Real-time support and provide superior service via phones, comments and online meetings.
