Additional Responsibly
· Prepare payment sheets for payment to beneficiaries of unconditional cash grants
· Support preparation of MDRs for donor reporting
· Verify beneficiaries’ names and signatures and consistency with CNIC for making payments
· Disburse the payments to the registered beneficiaries as per schedule and amount indicated in the distribution plan
· Actively participate in community mobilization and beneficiary assessment process
· Maintain records in hard and soft of all the payments as required and guided by project manager
· Submit the requested documentation on daily basis, making sure that it is complete and accurate
· Ensure implementation of all donor guidelines with regard to disbursements of payments
· Submit daily and weekly updates to the Project Manager cash for work & training
· Accomplish any other duty assigned by the Project Manager including field visits, beneficiary surveys etc.
· Documentation and record keeping of on-going activities, Identify/suggest potential interventions at grassroots level;
· Assist Management with feedback and timely reporting for observation and analysis in field activities and maintaining data base for follow up impact or lesson Learnt;

• Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings of teachers/ Head Teachers, Provide support to utilize Reading Learning Material.
• Facilitate teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools and assessment.
• Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
• Responsible to convert schools into reading sensitize schools.
• Assist Supervisor in managing academic and administrative tasks for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district.
• Prepare / take part in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
• Ensure proper record keeping of the follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the supervisor accordingly.
• Timely uploading of all relevant data (SSVs & other MOVs) on M&E IS.
• Support teachers in maintaining assessment record with up to the mark quality
• Identify success stories from the field and undertake case studies to highlight impact of the project.
• Assist supervisor in compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly progress reports.

· Typing and lay out the all Sindhi related material of organization
· Responsible for composing and lay out the Work Book of organization in Sindhi language.
· Responsible for composing and lay out the Lesson Plan of organization in Sindhi language
· Responsible for editing, correcting the all composed Sindhi material.
· Responsible for composing and lay out the Level Reader of organization in Sindhi language.
· Responsible for facilitating workshop, material review committee meetings, teachers training on material developed.
· Assist the MIS team in data entry during the absence of staff member.
· Closely work with Material Development Manager –Sindhi with their guidance and instructions.
Development of Information Collection Mechanisms
To ensure regular organization of data collected by data entry assistant
To input data into ACCESS database for data entry;
To ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the database and support data entry where necessary;
To disseminate the new maps to the concerned departments.
To organize and supervise GIS field missions;
To monitor accuracy of data collected.
· To ensure regular gathering of data collected by R&D Team Leaders/DPM.

· To ensure, return hard copies with proper receiving to Program and AMEU Team after entering data at the end of every activity.
