13. Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers
14. Preparing Quotation for customers
15. Answering customer inquiries via call, email or whatsapp
16. Maintaining Sale person wise sale record
17. Coordination with head office to stay updated about any issue related to booking process, brochures and invoices.
18. Resolving issues related to bookings with the coordination of head office & customers.
19. Processing cancellation/refund requests
20. Processing color/variant change requests from customers
21. Responsible for Keys of vehicles
22. Preparing courier for sending payments and documents to head office.
23. Keeping complete receiving record of payments, refund cheques, and documents etc.
24. Maintaining vehicle documents files for Customer record
25. Making sure to timely handover return files of customers
