Nations Development Program (UNDP) United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) will support the ECP’s training of polling personnel in Punjab and Balochistan provinces. A pool of Master Trainers will conduct the trainings of Presiding Officers (PrOs) and Senior Assistant Presiding Officers (Sr.APOs), as well as an orientation of Assistant Presiding Officers and Polling Officers nominated by ECP for the conduct of polling.
In order to manage the trainings of Master Trainers and training of polling personnel, and conduct day-to-day coordination with Returning Officers (ROs), District Election Commissioners (DECs) and other operational activities, UNDP will engage District Training Coordinators in ITC, Punjab and Balochistan.

Supervised treatment refers to helping patients to take their TB medications regularly and to complete TB treatment. It is also meant to ensure that the providers give proper care and are able to detect treatment interruption. One example of treatment supervision is recording each dose of anti-TB drugs on the patient's treatment card.

Directly observed therapy (DOT), a recommended method of supervision, should be seen as a part of a support package that addresses patients' needs. This package should help to ensure that DOT is sensitive to, and supportive of, the patient's needs. A treatment supporter observing intake of every dose ensures that a TB patient takes the right anti-TB drugs, in the right doses, at the right intervals. Regular supervision and support help to maintain frequent communication between the patient and a health worker or treatment observer; this provides more opportunities for TB education, identification and resolution of obstacles to treatment, and early identification of non-adherence – allowing interventions to return the patient to the prescribed treatment. Regular supervision also allows the prompt detection and management of adverse drug reactions and clinical worsening of TB.

Direct observation of each dose of drugs is most critical in the intensive phase, when intermittent dosing is used during either phase, and in the treatment of, for example, psychologically handicapped patients, prison inmates, or patients receiving second-line anti-TB drugs. Supervised treatment should be carried out in a context-specific and patient-friendly manner. There must be flexibility in how DOT is applied,

The assistant coordinator is accountable to provide support and facilitation to project team.
This position is responsible for the project operational
activities at district level through collaboration and coordination of human capital and other
organizational resources.
Roles and Responsibilities
 Assist district coordinator in executing activities, especially within the district, as per agreed
standards within given timeline and budget performing overall project responsibilities
 Implementing overall project activities to achieve desired project goals and objectives
 Ensure timely and smooth implementation of the project in the district and liaison with the
implementing partners
 Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all stakeholders involved in the project within
the district
 Assist the district coordinator in writing activity reports, project progress reports, and project
completion reports
 Support, facilitate, and coordinate in implementing project activities at district level to achieve
desired project goals and objectives
 Compile materials for weekly and monthly project reports based upon the retrieved information
from project activities in assigned district.
 Carry out policies and operate within the guidelines set forth by the organization
 Responsible to maintain records & documentation pertaining to all activities of the project
 Perform other duties as required

Design, planning and implementation of WASH needs assessments: personal interviews at household level, facilitation of focus group discussions, visits to sites and infrastructures, and meeting with key members of community
Design, planning, implementation and follow-up of hygiene promotion activities such as:
Training of trainers in hygiene promotion (for community volunteers, WASH committee members, teachers, health workers),
Setting up of children clubs and hygiene promotion activities in schools
Follow-up of activities of community health workers
Ensure community mobilization in all field related to of water, hygiene and sanitation.
Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate the distribution of hygiene, cleaning and water treatment kits for health centers, schools and families beneficiaries,
Develop and evaluate home water treatment methodologies in the targeted communities.
Ensure budget planning and logistics for hygiene promotion activities: making and follow-up of internal purchase order, quality control of material delivered by suppliers, planning team movements by vehicle
Follow-up of the hygiene promotion activities of potential local partners of Sungi Development Foundation such as local NGOs, and participate in building their capacity

AWAZ Foundation now implementing a project named “Youth in Governance” to strengthen democracy process and empower youth in Pakistan, we want to implement project in district Multan, youth will registered and participate as a candidate in youth election, which will conduct at UC, Tehsil and district level, electronic voting system will use in election, in result of that election elected youth councils will forms, youth will trained by AWAZ, they will be able to identify and resolve their area problems. The Youth will be registered by Local Organizations in spite of other Organizations because they have in close contact with the local people and Youth.

Introduce Organization's program to the local communities and formation of Community Organizations
Carry out field related project activities on prescribed formats
Maintaining good relations with communities, notables and local contact persons to involve them in programme activities and seek their support wherever required
Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for Programme
Mobilize/sensitize local communities towards Programme activities
Develop profile of the villages/area
Coordinate closely with the programme team for timely implementation of interventions
Undertake field visits, and surveys in order to deliver the programme
Identify problems and proposes remedial action
Identify alternative courses of action and accelerate/improve programme delivery
Prepare reports on the areas where Organization work can be carried out using specific tools for gathering data, prepare the evaluation phases and implement the recommendations
Submit the weekly report to the supervisor
Participate in establishing effective monitoring, information and reporting systems, and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation
Identify, assess, select, develop and maintain referral system with local NGOs and other service providers
Perform other related duties as required
Training local leaders and activities in the basics of organizing communities and introducing a programme of savings, capital formation, and skill development.
