• Researching the market for potential clients
• Contacting the right decision makers of the targeted Banks, e.g. Heads Of Department
• Going through the sales process and pre-qualify the clients and closing the deal.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining profitable business meetings within quality, productivity, revenue and cost management targets set

• Develop a plan for all units according to demand and make sure necessary supply is available.
• Updating the inventory data sheet by the end of each month
• Reconciliation of materials data sheet in accordance to stock IN and OUT receipts
• Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc as required
• Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
• Ensure tax returns are fully managed
• Perform financial analysis, reporting and managerial tasks
• Identify and resolve invoice issues, accounting discrepancies and other finance related issues.
• Review stock receipts and issuance, update the inventory accordingly
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
