To ensure the product qualities from wet end to dry end of machine & execute documentation for audit plan. Quality inspection of chemicals i.e. beating, washing and bleaching of pulp. To ensure the quality parameters for Coating of paper/board and Retention aid chemicals. To verify quality log sheets, NCPRs with trouble shooting. To ensure and testing of strength properties (burst, tensile, stiffness, RCT and SCT) of bleach board, coated board, liner, paper and uncoated board. Inspection of waste water treatment plant and quality checking of fresh water and waste regarding to pH, conductivity, hardness, alkalinity, oxygen demand, TDS, TSS, COD, BOD etc. Raw material evaluation using titration techniques. Member of Trial Team (TTM) for conducting research projects (R&D) Handling of different instruments i.e. IGT, Electron microscope, spectrophotometer, Alrefo etc. Special duties to verify the quality reporting of paper and board coating to higher authorities Check consistency, ash contents, SR, FPR, FPAR, shade, size, GSM, formation, pulp furnish, washing filters efficiency, centric leaners flow and ejects. Production Unit CHEMICAL HOUSE: To ensure the quality parameters in production of SOx (SO2, SO3) from beginning to Sulphur in Sulphur-Furnace in accordance to material balance and environmental aspects. To ensure the quality parameters in production of Na2SO3 and Na2CO3 in Absorption tower and Reaction tanks regarding to the quality parameters. Control on emission and recovery of gases i.e. SOx, NOx back to the reaction chambers. Evaluation of chemicals i.e. Sulphur, SO2, SO3, NAOCL, Na2SO3 and Na2CO3, their strength, free alkali, free carbonates and percentage composition via titration techniques. Correspondence to higher authorities and execute Audit.
Verify the viscosities, drying, flow, tackiness, printability, light fastness, pigment size, color bulk, rub (scratch) test, substrate compatibility and shade matching.
Ensure the quality of pigments, varnishes, resins (vinyl, ketonic, polyamide, polyurethane etc.) and adhesives (sulphonamide, nitrocellulose etc.)

Preparation of Ink Formulation for flexographic and rotogravure inks
