• Participate in the trainings of the field staff ensuring punctuality and timelines
• Develop training material (session agenda plans, presentations, hand outs , group work guidelines etc) to be endorsed by SLCS- SIU coordinator.
• Facicilitate group work and other related session during trainings.
• Participate and support in report development & feedback session.
• Ensure that the training is delivered as per the standards set out by SIMPOC methodology.
• Prepare and submit detailed session report after delivery of each training.
• Any other assignment of the project as assigned by survey coordinator.
• Monitor the implementation of protocols during the field and in-house monitoring including dashboard.
• Any other task assigned by SCLS survey Director/Director Bureau of Statistics Sindh, shall also be construed as part and parcel of this contract.
• • Receiving data from field supervisors for preparation and entry into data processing system.
• Reviews data to ensure accuracy.
• Enters data to update project reports and standards promulgated by the organization.
• Receives and responds to data in Compliance with standards.
• Access files through knowledge of computer terminal and manual file system.
• Processes out the available to compile different reports for other programs also.
• Update and enters data into the data processing system and prints copies for the DEM/DPM to review.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Provides a variety of clerical and administration support for other project/programs as necessary.
• Performs quality control checks on information data and removes erroneous information in accordance with established procedures.
• Performs special projects as necessary.
• Performs all of the duties of the lower level position title.

• Obtain sample household lists and maps for each area in which my team will be working, discuss any special issues, such as potential security conditions in certain areas and take corrective measures.
• Become familiar with the areas where the team will be working and determine the best arrangement for travel and mobility within the cluster.
• Obtain all supplies and equipments necessary for the team to complete its assigned interviews.
• Coordinate the work of the measurement staff by making sure he/she knows where to find the households that interviewers are conducting interviews in end approximately how many children and at what time visit the household should happen.
• Maintain cluster control sheet, and make sure that assignments are carried out.
• Make spot checks of the household questionnaires (An individual questionnaires when appropriate) by conducting interviews according to the procedure.
• Regularly send completed questionnaire and progress report to the field work director and keeps headquarter informed of the team’s locations.
• Take charge of the team vehicle, ensuring that it is kept in good repair and that it is used only for project work.
