I have done Masters in commerce (M.Com) from the University of Sindh Jamshoro and got an experience of eleven years in the development sector and I have skilled like; I have to know the financial management of the project related activities. I have to know the supervision and implementation of all activities at project areas and in outreach as required under the logical the framework, and to know contribute to documenting experiences, success stories, activity reports, presentations.
I have to facilitate the program team in logistic and administrative matters as we carry out program activities smoothly and to know the responsibilities of maintaining all the staff personnel files. I have to know all types of quarterly timesheet summary and monthly leave the status of all staff as HR. Others of like travel claims, payment vouchers, staff salaries, and financial statement, make supplier/vendors payments.
Responsibilities:
Capacity Building:
Develop a strong understanding of TB data management and operational guidelines.
Improve knowledge and analysis of key indicators, including, Monthly Progress Reviews, and Quarterly Progress Reviews.
Documentation & Coordination:
Create and submit a monthly work plan to the supervisor.
Develop and review monthly/quarterly progress reports with the Provincial Coordinator (PC) before sending them to the PR unit.
Coordinate closely with district field supervisors for timely data submission.
Review monthly data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (PTP, DoH Office, GSM, BCF) and coordinate with the PR unit to help meet targets.
Programmatic Support:
Consolidation & submission of all lab reports, External Quality Reports (EQA), and processing of incentives.
Consolidation & submission of GP cases notification data & processing of incentives.
Maintaining District wise goods receiving & distribution of PPEs, R&R Tools, MC Branding Items, Microscopes & other materials.
Keeping a record of MoUs with GPs, Labs, Expert Sites, ECF, and large Hospitals, if required.
Timely updating of Health Facilities & Labs record in coordination with DFS.
Assist PC in developing project plans & new intervention execution plans.
Maintain all project reports in a timely manner & only on recommended templates & maintain all records as per Record Retention Guidelines.
Keeping contact details of Health Authorities of assigned Districts & provincial level.
Conduct project quality audits & other reviews in coordination with PC.
Attending meetings, document as required & share findings & recommendations.
Conduct periodic field visits, as required, to support field teams and SRs teams in implementing the TB Project.
Operations:
· Support the project team in getting approval for PRs, PRFs, advances,
and other official documents at the country office level. Process EER, advance settlements & other expenses of staff as per financial guidelines with coding.
Recording approvals & expense records related to the repair & maintenance of official bikes/vehicles.
Support in organizing meetings & training at District and provincial levels, providing logistic support for the project.
Prepare estimates of stationery for Xpert-Sites, procure & distribute stationery to the Xpert-Sites in a timely manner.
Raise TAs/FTRs of the program as well as field staff for their official travel. Keep updating program staff on ongoing & latest SOPs/Guidelines.
Supervisory Responsibility

Responsibilities:
General Position Summary
The Security and Liaison Officer will be responsible for guiding all staff members based on the information from the field and other sources to travel safely on the predefined routes on a day-to-day basis. This post requires the incumbent to track all staff’s movement during travel. He will liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), other stakeholders and home departments for processing NOCs and providing information to various stakeholders as and when required. He will also work closely with the Manager security.
Essential Job Function:
a) Government Liaison:
Liaison with various stakeholders and LEA as and when required.
Prepare NoC application in coordination with the team lead for programmatic activities.
Process and follow up on the NOCs for expat traveling within Province as and when asked for.
Keep the Security Manager and team lead informed about any new government circulars and policies.
He will attend any meetings called by Government of Sindh in connection with INGOs.
b) Travel Protocols:
Review the travel protocols for each location within the allocated areas to identify the deficiencies in the SOPs.
Assist the Security Manager to improve the protocols related to staff movement of all sorts.
Ensure the implementation of travel protocols with the help of Security Manager and report matters to him related to breaches of SOP.
Guide staff about the route, estimated time, weather, stopovers and safe locations during all travels.
Maintain an updated active list of all phone numbers for local police and military authorities located within Mercy Corps area of operations and travel route.
c) Security Duties:
Inform SM to take appropriate measures if any incident is reported. Will assist SM in collecting security related information from all offices and forward it timely to SM.
Will preparing monthly duty roster for the security guards for approval of team lead.
Keep a record of leave of security guards and plan their rest and leave in consultation with team lead.
Will assist in passing all instructions by SM to the security staff
Updating of communication tree whenever there is a change
Liaison daily with Lahore police to find out about any demonstrations etc and pass it on to SM / team lead.
Ensure all security equipment, security lights, CCTV cameras; fire extinguishers are in working condition.
Regularly update on the security situation in the province.
Assist in revision of SOPs
Regularly updates to security guards/lower staff about the SOPs and security updates.
Prepare security briefing by close of business on Monday or by early morning 08.30 am Tuesday.
Put up gist of news on daily before close of business, after going through important newspapers on the net
Make an SOP folder which should be always updated.
Visit of MC sites on regular basis to see the security and suggest any additional security measures
Ensure regular checking of ‘Office Locking Register’ remarks if any should be brought to team lead’s notice.
d) Staff Tracking:
Security and Liaison Officer will ensure safe movement of staff during travel.
Ensure staff movement is recorded and coordinated.
Maintain communication with staff through mobile phone during their movement. Ideally, will make the contact every half an hour with vehicle/staff while traveling and record the location on the movement board OR Tracking files.
Responsible to monitor all the movement files (Tracking files) for assigned locations and report if there is any violation, late movement, improper tracking of movement/traveling made by the team.
Inform Security Manager in case of any security incident in MC area of operation which may have direct or indirect implication on MC.
e) Reporting:
Maintain daily logs of all staff movement for all locations Sindh.
Immediately report any violation of travel SOPs to the Security Manager or to substitute authority.
Compilation of all security related incidents files.

Coordinate with District TB Coordinator, Regional Coordinator, District Lab Supervisor, Private Healthcare Facilities, Private Labs and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the TB DOTS under PPM project.
Carry out district mapping exercise if required, in consultation with the district health department (Chief Executive Officer-Health (CEO-H)/District Health Officer (DHO)/ and District TB Coordinator (DTC) under guidance of the Regional Coordinator.
Timely submission of monthly progress report, and quarterly TB Recording and reporting (R&R) tools, activity reports after endorsement from district health authorities.
Meet the assigned targets of TB case registration and activities
Conduct regular visits of selected Hospitals, private healthcare providers, labs, large hospitals and partners for Sputum Transportation for Bacteriological positive patients.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per the Guidelines and Timely supply of anti TB drugs, labs reagents to the private partners.
Coordinate with sputum transportation riders, private and public facilities and other local stakeholders for transportation of sputum samples from designated health facilities to Gene Xpert site and ensure all the samples are transported through riders as per the Guidelines and updated in the sputum transportation App.
Submit programmatic and financial record to the office of all field activities on monthly basis as per the Operational Guidelines.
Arrange Chest Camps at Hotspot areas and look after the complete arrangements and documentation of pre, post record and reports.

Responsibilities:
Temporary Taluka Support Person is non-medical contractors working under District Polio Eradication Officer (DPEO).
Monitoring the process of the implementation of the campaign as per guidelines and provide feedback to (DPEO).
Data collection and analysis: check the tally sheets data from the area responsibility on daily basis.
Ensure proper implementation of supplementary immunization activities (SIAs) with special attention to hard-to-reach areas and under-served high risk population.
Attend daily evening review meeting at Taluka level for every supplementary immunization activities (SIAs) and record the findings/Observation for corrective action on the following day of the campaign.
Participate on preparation of realistic catch-up plan for missed children and monitor their implementation.
