 Handles all the activities related to scrutiny of final exam papers from form collection to preparation of necessary documents and maintains the data for the same.

 Help the controller examination in developing examination strategies in accordance with University policies.
 Keeps track of paper submission deadlines and reminds the faculty members in the regard.
 Liaising with authorities keeping records of all official documents.
 Maintaining, and entering information into databases.
 Maintaining and verifying students’ academic credential records.
 Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of students’ academic records.
 Maintaining office equipment as needed.
 Maintaining record of invigilation duties and ensuring strict compliance of ‘use unfair means policy’ during each exam.

 Managing records of alumni and drop outs.
 Monitoring invigilation duties during examinations.
 Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
 Planning scheduling and organization of examinations.
 Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
 Processes students records and marks result source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.

 Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the concern person for resolution.
