OBJECTIVES:
To perform duties, using my experience & profession relating to my field to contribute the organization.
Facilitate target communities to establish/strengthen “Community Organizations” and ensure a strong coordination mechanism throughout the project duration
Facilitate target communities to develop sustainable linkages with relevant line departments and other stakeholders
Provide target communities with technical support to identify, prioritize and plan activities to increase their preparedness (including infrastructural activities in coordination with the project site engineer)
Facilitate target communities to develop and implement Village and school Disaster management plans
Conduct trainings, mock drills/simulation exercises and awareness activities in the targeted communities
Ensure proactive involvement of the target communities in the project activities (including CDRT formation/trainings, advocacy, awareness sessions, DRR & CBHFA sessions etc.)
Focus on, and ensure the participation and inclusion of women and PWD in the project activities
Prepare and compile village, UC and school level disaster preparedness plans
Contribute to implement PRCS emergency response activities in case of any disaster as and when required.
Supervise community volunteers including activity planning and reporting
Reporting
Preparation of weekly and monthly work and activity plans in coordination with the project management in Districts and PHQ
Report any delays and challenges within weekly POAs to line management in Districts & PHQ
Develop monthly narrative reports on all activities in line with the POA
Ensure proper documentation of all activities within the target communities
Obtain, consolidate and report feedback from the target communities to the project management in Districts & PHQ
Identify and report success stories, best practices and lessons learned.
Medical Officer Responsible for awareness raising and prevention regarding COVID 19 and promotion of hygiene education in the targeted area. Formation and strengthen of Health committees in the area of intervention. Conducting sessions recording best H/H practices and behavior change relating to COVID-19 pandemic. at community/beneficiaries level observing and Ensuring the use of latrines for defection and avoid open defection. Monitoring and ensuring solid waste collection and proper disposal. To mobilize and aware the community for best health hygiene practices .Preparing social map of targeted area Assist LHVS in follow up of ANC Patients to ensure safe delivery. Conduct Awareness raising sessions in community to precautionary measures related to COVID-19. Carrying out need assessment visits to targeted community. aware regarding Mobilization of community''''''''''''''''s adopting safe hygiene practices. Providing technical back in formation of various committees in community (if required). Compiling daily reports and submit to line supervisor, Prepare weekly work plan. • Conduct need assessments/ surveys and analysis, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, community consultations and participate in other WASH activities when required;
• Conduct vulnerability assessment at community level;
• Support the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups;
• Mobilize the community in the effective use of community resources for hygiene promotion and maximize beneficiary contribution;
• Mobilize communities for prioritizing of rehabilitation and recovery activities;
• Facilitate the capacity building and setup of representative village committees (steering committees);
• Ensure that the public health promotion activities are appropriate to the needs of the beneficiaries;
• Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers / project volunteers and give them useful instruction regarding their work improvement, through coordination with the relevant skilled staff;
• Finalize a health and safety document for all WASH activities. In consultation with WASH advisor, provide training to relevant stakeholders on health and safety;
• Ensure gender mainstreaming in Programmes. This includes the introduction of mechanisms to enable women equal participation in decision making around WASH issues and to ensure that CIP Programme is an opportunity for peace making, rather than community division (No harm approach focused);
• Prepare list of sanitation and hygiene kits beneficiaries;
• Ensure that data, formats and other related documents are submitted to the line manager.
• Coordinate with the five field-based Hygiene Promoters in ensuring that work plan implementation is on track;
• Manage Hygiene promoters and provide technical support, training and capacity building to them, whenever needed;
• Track the progress of activities, and provide on-time internal status reports to the Project Manager;
• Contribute to donor reports, updates and case studies ensuring.
Mobilize the community in the effective use of the community resources for hygiene promotion.
Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of rehabilitation and recovery activities.
Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative village committees
Ensure that the FSL is integrated and linked up to the WASH interventions.
Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered.
Distribute hygiene kits and other WASH NFIs whenever required.
Supports in the development of IEC materials for all activities implemented.
Ensure that the public health promotion activities are appropriate to the needs of the beneficiaries.
Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers / project volunteers and give them useful instruction regarding their work improvement, through coordination with the relevant skilled staff;
To ensure that systems are set in place for the operation and maintenance of all water supplies and sanitation facilities, including the provision of all necessary training.
Where activities such as water trucking are employed ensure that there is an exit strategy in place.
To act and contribute as the CIP being responsible for the technical aspects of the water and sanitation and public health promotion projects.
To ensure gender mainstreaming in programmes. This includes the introduction of mechanisms to enable women equal to participation in decision making around WASH issues and to ensure that CIP Programme is an opportunity for peace making, rather than community division (No harm approach focused).
Represent CIP at WASH cluster meetings at district and provincial level in the targeted districts/Agency. Working to the objective of positioning CIP in a strong position to cluster and also with other sector key partners.
Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations.
Formation or reactivation of village committees and their training to take lead role, ownership and management of the rehabilitation/development activities in project areas
Beneficiaries’ identification, door to door assessment, and verification.
Communities’ mobilization for effective use of the community resources and using PRA/RRA tools for needs identification
Organize trainings for woman on poultry, tailoring and Livestock management.
Conduct Training of woman farmers on Kitchen gardening and monitoring of the activity from land preparation to harvesting.
Arrangements and participate in CASH and NFI distributions whenever required.
Providing technical guidance, training and support to individuals targeted by each project in line with the program strategy and intended outputs.
Have close Liaison with Governmental and non-Governmental Agencies at field level.
Ensure CCG documentation and other documentation requested by the line manager is correctly and timely completed.
Undertake a leading role in problem solving and conflict resolution to ensure the timely and professional implementation of FSL initiatives.
Contribute and share information for preparation of donor reports.
Develops linkages with line departments and Agency office for close coordination on protection
issues and cases.
Promotes the understanding of protection issues in the local context and ensuring the observance
of legally binding standards;
Plans and supervises the development, coordination, implementation and monitoring of protection
activities;
Provides legal advice and guidance on protection issues to all staff and ensures implementation of
PRPD policy objectives, timely and appropriate response to reporting requirements;
Guide protection team in maintain proper filing and guidance/training on referrals & protection
cases.
Guide Protection Officer, social organizers/facilitators in SSC activities, identification of protection
issues, referrals, and psychological cases form field.
Responsible for proper filing and keeping all the records of SSCs, protection cases.
Manage team in promoting good practice by encouraging and championing the policies and
procedures.
Provides legal advice and guidance on protection issues to all staff and beneficiaries, timely and

Over all coordination of project activities. Support,train, and advise the volunteers whose roles are to mobilize the community and help in a day-to-day implementation of the project activities in a given location.
Providing capacity building and training in cash transfer programming and enterprise development to partner staff.• Ensure technical guidance of programme implementation in multiple operational bases through regular field visits (30 to 50% of the time) and according to donors requirements and CIP-IN internal procedures and programme standards.• Ensure monitoring of food security and livelihood projects (field visit, regular programme monitoring, budget forecast, staff evaluation and planning, donors reports, monthly reports, etc.).
• Support the organization and facilitation of training sessions for technical teams and assisted communities.
Make regular field visits to monitor the protections problems and concerns of vulnerable
people and groups.
Prepare periodic reports on protection issues and activities.
Observe the implementation of the agreement points on IDPs grievances as per the guidelines on responsibilities and time-frame.
Implement the organization responsibilities and time-frame as stated in the actions by partners to the grievance SOPs;
Record and verify IDPs grievances as specified in the SOPs, and as per the steps required for verification of individual cases.
Record the grievance of white token to green token and referred to FDMA to resolve on the spot.
Record the grievances of RDU form lost for issuing duplicate RDU form, No record, dual address, CRC holder, invalid CNIC issue, blocked in NADRA database, Fraud in NADRA database, Duplicate CNIC issue and referred that cases to FDMA and UNHCR DATA for updating.
Unregistered Idps grievance recording and referred for home visit to registered vulnerable Idps.
Update and correct IDP records and share the information with the relevant agencies, including UNHCR, WFP NADRA and FDMA .
Assist the organization Database unit in keeping grievance records up-to-date, conduct follow-up and indicate closed cases and results;
Family tree issue referred to NADRA for cnic modification, and after modification record grievances to update his record.
Assess cases of PWSNs, verify and facilitate IDPs under this category on a priority basis at the field level by referring them directly to available service providers.
Share relevant information on registrations, returns and status of IDPs grievances if deemed necessary; coordinate with the organization information officer in disseminating information to IDPs and Returnees.
Perform any other duties as may be requested by the supervisor.

Conduct protection monitoring through regular field visits, observation, coordination with community structures and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to identify the protection problems of IDPs
Assess protection needs of IDPs to identify risks and vulnerabilities, including those related to gender and age.
Collect information on basic living conditions and specific issues of concern among the camp residents, including information related to access to shelter, food, healthcare, clean water and hygiene, education, safety and government services.
Gather, verify, analyze and report information on protection incidents and concerns on a daily basis.
After identification of protection issue, record each incident and protection concern separately using humanitarian organization’s reporting format and PDAs.
Identify and strengthen appropriate service providers for referral of cases and case management services. Respond appropriately either by referring beneficiaries/survivor to appropriate service providers/authorities. Follow-up as necessary, maintaining clear records of all referrals, follow-ups and case outcomes.
Coordinate with humanitarian organization Legal Officers and Community Service staff to ensure strong coordination with Protection Beneficiary Committees (PBC) and other community and Government groups in the identification of protection concerns and appropriate, concrete action is taken in response.
Identify potential partnerships to implement protection strategies (for example, psychosocial support, peer support, etc.)
In coordination with other relevant actors, advocate for humanitarian access and/or intervene on behalf of vulnerable IDPs in cases of violations of national and international law.
Ensure newly displaced families’ have access to humanitarian and government services.
Responsible for overall social Organizer/ Health &Hygiene activities in the target community.
Keep close coordination with team leader for mobilization and facilitation at
Community level.
To strengthen, formation, reactivation of community based organizations (CBOs) for the effective implementation of project activities.
Identification of targeted communities for hygiene sessions

Celebration of enrollment campaign (out of school children identification, celebration of school welcome days, Mass awareness walks etc.)
Provide office supplies in time and keep stock up date on regular basis.
Responsibilities for maintaining ensuring the standards of supplies and repair/maintenance activities.
Responsible for maintaining, organization’s assets in safe custody.
Reporting & documentation of each activity.
Coordinate all administrative support services including travel, meetings, training's, conferences, retreats etc.
