Intern
Worked as an intern with the NOC-BSS tech department at Mobilink. Was required to monitor and identify faulty 3G sites. Moreover, was required to communicate the outages to field managers and engineers. In addition, was in charge of carrying out preemptive measurements at the sites using hotline.
Intern
Interned with sales and operations departments, respectively. Was responsible for the compilation of sales and record keeping.
Volunteer
Interned at the OPD and quality assurance department of the hospital. Was responsible for carrying out surveys and compilation of the data. Moreover, was responsible for analyzing the data for better quality of products and services rendered by the hospital.
