The Key responsibilities are:
1. To assist the HOD compliance in developing, implementing and maintaining QMS, BRC and Halal structure at the Company.
2. To make sure all control documents are properly labeled according to their utilization.
3. To be liable to prepare reports regarding all internal and external audit activities done for QMS, BRC and Halal Certification execution.
4. To assist in formulating plans pertaining to the internal and external QMS, BRC, HALAL Audits and Management Review Meetings.
5. To be responsible to make reports concerning internal Hygiene and GMP audits done by Compliance team on timely basis regarding work/product quality and to put forward reports to HOD Compliance.
6. To provide assistance in developing and maintaining the structures of process mapping and the process flow charts with respect to the departmental custodians.
7. To be responsible to do monthly survey of all departments for verification and rectification of standards.
8. Any uncertainty found in procedure must be noted and discussed with the HOD Compliance for future correspondence with the concerned departmental head.
9. To assist in upgrading the procedures as per QMS, BRC and Halal requirements.
10. To be responsible to update all documents related to QMS, BRC and Halal Standards under the supervision of HOD Compliance.
11. To manage in-house surveillance audits in conjunction with QMS, BRC and Halal requirements and the removal of non-conformities.
12. To carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and purpose of the job and the objectives of the company including the performance of duties outside normal working hours and in emergence situation where necessary.

1.To analyze planning at production floor with respect to efficiencies and breakdowns.
2.To verify and validate the machines speed at floor level
3. To prepare/check reports, flow diagrams and charts at department.
4. To ensure that the process works at the optimum level to the right rate and quality of output in order to meet the supply needs.
5. To optimize the production at candy floor by working and analyzing efficiency.
6. To check and verify wastage and consumption of material and rectification of variances in coordination with production team.

Making good relation with the customers and responsible to accomplish assigned sales target each month.
Preparing quotations and proposals and strive to win contracts, operating the internet and updating all records and documents (hardcopy as well as soft copy) regarding each purchase.
Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, meetings or email and identifying what customers want.
Follow up for the payment.
Making sure that products and services are supplied to customers on time.
