         Suproted the Cold chain for EPI functional (cold box, vaccine carrier, stabilizer for ILR, (Solar, Electrical or LPG). Temperature sheet of ILR updated
         Stock out of vaccines reported during the visit (BCG, Polio - OPV, Pentavalent, Measles, PVC-10, Polio - IPV and TT) for how many days’ stock is available.
       After the monitoring visit all Issues / Gaps & Good practices observed discussed with respective DHO, DSV in Debrief meeting & prepared follow-up plan for next filed visit.
