The Awaz II Program Resource Person will play a key role in advancing its three core focus areas: Combating Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Promoting Social Cohesion, and Addressing Child Marriage. Provide technical expertise to ensure capacity building initiatives, community engagement, and successful implementation of program objectives for current incumbents. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for stakeholders including community leaders, local government officials, and partner organizations Conduct follow-up support and mentoring to ensure effective application of training Design and implement advocacy campaigns to address GBV, social cohesion, and child marriage. Raise awareness of program objectives and engage with communities to encourage local ownership of interventions. Collaborate with media outlets to amplify key messages and success stories. Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of GBV prevention, promoting social cohesion, and preventing child marriage practices.
Support the development of policies and protocols aligned with program goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with community representatives, government officials, and partner organizations.
