Ø  Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Ø  Responsible to maintain accounts receivable outstanding balances of customers as per contract terms e.g days/180 days from invoice date
Ø  Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts receivable reports e.g Export comparisons, Customers aging etc via excel sheets and charts
Ø  Highlight long due invoices and settle invoices against collection done
Ø  Reconcile statements between company and customer
Ø  Perform daily bank reconciliation of 17 different bank accounts on excel
Ø  Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all withdrawals and cash deposits to the bank(s)
Ø  Investigate all bank transactions in order to prevent fraud
Ø  Follows up all transactions continuously and provide updates to the management
Ø  Prepare detail of W.H Tax deduction on PRCs and collect the W.H Tax certificate from bank 
Ø  Compile monthly payroll sheets by collecting analyzing data from all units
Ø  Follow up with the cashier while distributing salaries to the labor and office staff
Ø  Email drafting, Corresponding with clients via emails and calls, forwarding emails to concern persons
Ø  E Form & I form requests on WeBOC and download related documents
Ø  Reconcile general ledger and trail balance for closing purpose
Ø  Provide financial data to the auditors and tax consultants as required

• The Teta Cookies LLC is a major producer and wholesale & retail distributor of Lebanese Kaak stick, Fresh bakery items, where house items, Fast food, Arabic sweets and Cookies in the whole UAE. It is a HACCP certified.

• As an Accountant General I was responsible to manage Accounts Receivable, Payable, Inventory Management, Petty cash payments and reimbursement, Sales analysis, Product cost calculations, Coordinate with PRO for visa and all legal matters, Meeting with clients, Monthly statements to customers, cheques collection, Payroll Sheets and more.
• I was also responsible for preparing financial statements, Profit & Loss and Cash flows at the end of every month, 6 months and yearly basis.
