Facilitate in-service professional development activities in uc/tehsil based reading that include Face-to-Face trainings follow ups,and roll of Teacher Inquiry Group (TIG)
Support Teachers in implementing newly learned concept and skills through regular follow up Support visit to School visits
Work in close collaboration with teachers, Head teachers and concerned Education officers in preparing and implementing school/union council/tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
Assist agency program manager in managing administrating and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in District to highlight impact of the program.
Assist Agency Program manager compiling monthly, quarterly and annually progress reports by providing update and accurate information from field.in addition, collect and share success stories from field.
Prepare and partake in detailed monthly, weekly plan including field travels school visits while adhering to quarterly annually work plans target and indicator.
Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quality.
Ensure proper keeping record of TIG meeting. Follow-up visits and teacher observation tool and reporting to those provincial offices accordingly.
Assists the district, provincial and national offices to in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
Collect content analytics from tablets.
Provide updated contents, and first level support to tablet users about tablet and multimedia contents

Design and implement training follow up mechanism and ensure need based support and guidance to community resource person, village committees and other beneficiaries.
