1. PM will be responsible for effective and efficient management of the project and staff in line with the project proposal, processes, budget, the time-frame, and donor regulations as per the partnership agreements.
2. Collaborate with the Program Management in the Head Office for the implementation of the project activities and sharing of updates to ensure Project Coordination, Networking & Visibility at the District Level
3. To assist program management in monitoring, evaluating of the relevant programmes and quality progress reporting to donors by ensuring quality reporting by relevant staff

Role and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Evaluation (MER):
Develop and implement a comprehensive MER framework aligned with project objectives.
Design and oversee the implementation of data collection tools and methodologies.
Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of project data to track progress and outcomes.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection processes.
Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with program staff to integrate MER findings into project planning and decision-making processes.
Lead the design and implementation of evaluations, assessments, and reviews to measure project impact.
Continuously review and improve MER systems and processes based on feedback and lessons learned.
Capacity Building:
Identify capacity-building needs among project staff and stakeholders.
Design and deliver training workshops, mentoring sessions, and coaching to build MER-related skills.

§ Ensure all documents related to CP activities are in use at the field level and are timely updated, and that deadlines for submissions are met by POs.
