To serve as town/tehsil manager for delivery and operations of all polio activities at town/tehsil level, supervision remains integral part of town/tehsil delivery and operations function, including pre- and intra-campaign Campaign Monitoring and supervision. Lead the implementation of campaign activities, including day-to-day campaign delivery, by leading the team that oversees campaigns in the field and ensuring necessary coordination on relevant or cross-cutting functions, i.e., ISD, Synergy, Surveillance, Data Usage, and Integrated Communication and Operations tasks.

Monitor APEX trainings (TOFT, TOIM) or any other training/ orientation activity as assigned by Project Coordinator and report observation for improved delivery.
Submit final report within 2 days of completion of assignment along with means of verification i.e. pictures, etc.
Major Duties includes working on:
Responsible for maintaining chronological record (programmatic) including activity photographs, means of verification, minutes of meetings (morning & evening) and field monitoring reports etc. of all the field activities at district level
Provide means of verification to assigned supervisor for each cluster visited by taking snapshots with watermark with cluster identification and APEX field teams or APEX AFO and submit pictures with complete details

Responsibility of supervision on Technical centers established at the District.
Collection of salary, stipend, building rent and other relevant cheques from head office and provide them relevant receiving sheets to head office
Collection of Raw materials for the centers to maintain the weekly and monthly reports for a fruitful implementation of the project.
