I worked in Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited for 1.5 years with web development team as an intern.And i worked in Complete Human Resource Solution (CHRS) as an IT Associate for 1 year.Now i am looking for an IT related job.I am doing MSSE from Iqra University Islamabad and my research is on Churn Prediction (Data minning).Churn prediction helps in identifying those customers who are likely to leave a company.Data mining techniques enable telecommunication companies to be equipped with effective methods for reducing churn rate.
