Renewal Management and issue renewal notices.
• Underwrite, Quoting, Remarketing and Binding as per client’s requests and needs.
• Process any alterations on carrier’s portal as well as on Insurance management software and communicate updated package to clients.

Risk analysis and verification of all docs and their validation.

• Resolve any issues related to clients Billing, Coverages, Inspections and their effectiveness
• Coordinate with clients, insurance carriers, underwrites and other stack holders.

• Financial reports analysis and management of renewal premiums, refunds & other payments.
• Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Realization of payments and receipts and timely posting of all type of financial instruments and management of funds.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
• Management of petty cash expenses of branch and its reimbursements in timely manner.
• Insurance certificates to clients to fulfill their Federal taxation needs.
• Endorsements of financial and non-financial Alterations and Reinstatements.
• Documents verification, KYC analysis and facilitate clients as per requests and company SOP’s and compliance requirements.
• Providing critical Decisions as per company SOPs & Securities and exchange commission of Pakistan (SECP) guidelines.
• Issuance of duplicate policy contracts and important notices to clients for renewals, Requirements, payment acknowledgement and other notices to clients.
• Timely posting and resolving of tickets in company’s requirements Management system (RMS) and Customer relationship management System (CRM).
• Maintaining the assuring company’s confidentiality and clients sensitive data.
