• Performs proactive monitoring of servers, storage, and backup and network environment alerts via Solarwinds.
• Escalate and follow up with the Operations team for tickets and requests from Client.
• On time escalation and reporting of alerts according to defined policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and basic troubleshooting of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and with VMware View horizon.
• Monitoring and basic administrating FTP, SFTP and FTPS services.
• Monitoring and basic troubleshooting of Backup sets with Veeam and Backup Exec.
• Managing and basic troubleshooting of Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) of all Physical/Virtual Servers and Workstation.
Major Responsibilities:
Deals with PSTN as well as Broadband report management.
Assign faults with respect to concerned ABM (Cable & MDF) and ABM (Line &
Wire).
Ensure timely coordination for faults rectification before 24 hours of duration.
Share all sorts of reports with management with respect to Fault Rectification
requests, NTCs, Restoration and Shifting on daily basis.
Keep track of all updates & coordinate with BM, ABM (Cable & MDF) and ABM
(Line & Wire).
Analyze repeating faults and identifies chronic cases.
Manage CRM and Maximo system requests with respect to NTC (New Telephone
Connection), Restoration, Shifting and Fault Rectification.
Ensure close coordination among field staff for the desired efficiency
