Responsibilities:• Resolve tickets as per SLA.• Configure and support Laser printer, Barcode printer, Label & Thermal printers.• Configure and support Desktop PC's and laptops. • Configure and support scanners & barcode readers.• Maintain network facilities upgraded on the end-user systems, such as drivers, patches, and settings of PC's as well as printers.• Emails configuration and create pst as per required.• Providing off site and on-site support.• Provide support services to 1500 end-users .• Install and deploy multiple applications as per requirement.• Install pre-requisite of PACS and HIS Application and• Responsible to look after overall IT operations.• Ensure smooth IT operations and submit daily reports.

Configure and encrypt laptop's using symantec software.
Install, configure and troubleshoot the printers and update its software.
Manages the Call Center applications and provide the IT support services 24/7.
Maintain the Network connectivity and ensure the high availability.
Manage the IT assets records and inventory.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.
Monitor the data center's servers and switches.
