Manage the Flood Response Manager\'s calendar, travel, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist in preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, recording/disseminating minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Develop reports and presentations for internal teams, donors, and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to branding guidelines.
Provide stakeholders with timely, relevant information while maintaining discretion.
Accompany the Flood Response Manager on field visits and assist with programme events and activities.
Support in data collection, consolidation, and management for the flood response programme.
Assist with scheduling, communication, and information management for the Project Manager.
Develop and maintain accurate project records, reports, and travel plans.
Promote teamwork, support representation with external partners, and ensure coordination with INGOs, NGOs, and government agencies.

Conduct community mobilization under the guidance of the Community Mobilization Officer.
Form Community Organizations (COs), volunteers, UC committees, and children’s groups.
Organize meetings, training, and awareness sessions in communities and schools.
Launch social mobilization campaigns on solid waste management.
Invite households to use Haryali Hub services and distribute recycling equipment.
Monitor recycling equipment use and evaluate behavior change.
Maintain and report on the beneficiary database, community meetings, and project materials.
Provide regular updates and reports on activities to the line manager.
Build partnerships with communities and stakeholders through regular meetings.
Support field surveys and document issues during mobilization campaigns.

Ø  Coordinate and mobilize communities, schoolgirls, teachers, parents on conducting and participating in focused group discussions.
Ø  Conduct awareness sessions/walks in girl's schools.
Ø  Lead the formation of Parent Teacher Committees & School Health Nutrition Groups.
Ø  Behavior Change Communication (BCC) campaigns in the targeted girls’ schools.
Ø  Conduct demonstration exercises on healthy diet & dietary diversity in the targeted schools

Ø  Identify beneficiaries for and document success stories/case studies/human-interest stories.

Ø  Social Mobilizer in Plan International Project of Sindh Agricultural Growth Project Livestock (Component). Responsible to support Coordinator Social Mobilization for registration of MPGs in 09 districts under relevant and appropriate regulations of the Sindh government.
Ø  Responsible to conduct effective TNA process by conducting FGD, KII and In-depth Interviews of farmers in the areas.
Ø  Responsible for program introduction and mobilization of target group (subsistence and semi-subsistence livestock keepers) to organize their Milk Producers groups (MPG) in allotted villages.
Ø  To ensure that both women and girl children are focused on in project initiatives.
Ø  To guide the Project, and all other partners on gender issues.
Ø  Ensure that a gender sensitive approach is integrated in all field level social mobilization strategy, planning, implementation and monitoring activities aligned with World Bank safeguards policy which may include developing a gender strategy for the project.

Provide recommendations for gender best practices to ensure that participatory methods are culturally appropriate, inclusive and can encourage women to engage in the process.

Ø  Conduct Simple Rapid Assessment (SRA) of mothers with children under 24 months that attend the OTP/SFP programmed through the local Basic Health Units (BHUs).
Ø  Conduct detailed assessment of child feeding practices in women that require additional support or reveal difficulties.
Ø  Maintain clear communication with all other CMAM program staff regarding the status of beneficiaries, including OTP nurse, supervisor and community Mobilizers.
Ø  Counseling the mothers on good maternal nutrition during pregnancy and lactation. Provide tailored one to one counseling sessions, based on initial assessments, offering practical advice and education to mothers on the key issues of infant and Young child feeding practices.
Ø  Aid in establishing mother to mother support groups/committees within the community to provide additional support for mothers and extend knowledge of good IYCF practices. Playing an active role on advocacy to promote proper IYCF Practices, antenatal and postnatal checkups, importance of institutional deliveries, vaccination and growth monitoring.

Ø  Develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and strategy that will seek to inform discussion and build awareness of all stakeholders, on the social safeguards requirements and social risks that may arise from the implementation of the project, and how to mitigate and manage them, including safe management of used batteries. The stakeholders include rural remote community members, vendors/suppliers of products and service providers.
Ø  Advice on how the programme activities can be more gender sensitive to meet the priorities of both men and women beneficiaries in project areas
Ø  Liaise on a regular basis with the line departments and CBO’s
Ø  Undertake site visits during project execution and operation to assess how social screening and mitigation measures are succeeding or have succeeded in minimizing impacts
Ø  Support the formation of the grievance/complaints redress committees and communication of the grievance mechanism to all the stakeholders and other relevant procedures to deal with all social matters
Ø  Prepare social information materials and disseminating the information to the relevant stakeholders; and organize social orientation & awareness, consultations, and training programs
Ø  Produce and document social safeguards implementation reports; and Undertake other duties as per the requirements of the project or as directed by Project Coordinator..
