Manage the Flood Response Manager\'s calendar, travel, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist in preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, recording/disseminating minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

Ø Responsible to conduct effective TNA process by conducting FGD, KII and In-depth Interviews of farmers in the areas.
Ø Responsible for program introduction and mobilization of target group (subsistence and semi-subsistence livestock keepers) to organize their Milk Producers groups (MPG) in allotted villages.

Provide recommendations for gender best practices to ensure that participatory methods are culturally appropriate, inclusive and can encourage women to engage in the process.
Ø Conduct Simple Rapid Assessment (SRA) of mothers with children under 24 months that attend the OTP/SFP programmed through the local Basic Health Units (BHUs).
Ø Conduct detailed assessment of child feeding practices in women that require additional support or reveal difficulties.
Ø Maintain clear communication with all other CMAM program staff regarding the status of beneficiaries, including OTP nurse, supervisor and community Mobilizers.
Ø Counseling the mothers on good maternal nutrition during pregnancy and lactation. Provide tailored one to one counseling sessions, based on initial assessments, offering practical advice and education to mothers on the key issues of infant and Young child feeding practices.
Ø Aid in establishing mother to mother support groups/committees within the community to provide additional support for mothers and extend knowledge of good IYCF practices. Playing an active role on advocacy to promote proper IYCF Practices, antenatal and postnatal checkups, importance of institutional deliveries, vaccination and growth monitoring.

The stakeholders include rural remote community members, vendors/suppliers of products and service providers.
Ø Advice on how the programme activities can be more gender sensitive to meet the priorities of both men and women beneficiaries in project areas
Ø Liaise on a regular basis with the line departments and CBO’s
Ø Undertake site visits during project execution and operation to assess how social screening and mitigation measures are succeeding or have succeeded in minimizing impacts
Ø Support the formation of the grievance/complaints redress committees and communication of the grievance mechanism to all the stakeholders and other relevant procedures to deal with all social matters
Ø Prepare social information materials and disseminating the information to the relevant stakeholders; and organize social orientation & awareness, consultations, and training programs
