Working as NOC Engineer in REDTone Telecommunications and Executive NOC in Quantum Global Communications Voice Services.

• Work with clients during all stages of technical configuration and testings.
• Working with teams of Information Systems personnel to design, develop, implement,
Operate and Administer Computer Systems and Networks.
• Document all network set-ups & performance reports.
• Coordinate with support teams, working together to resolve customer issues and provide end to end support via resolving and raising Trouble-Tickets
• Work as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to build trust and
Relationship.
• Experience of configuration on Telco-Bridge VOIP Gateway.
• Command on Packet tracing and troubleshooting of SS7, H323 and SIP based
Traffic and working knowledge of Real-time Protocols
• Keep up with Upstream providers (PIE, Transworld) to constant optimization of routes and national and international services as well as different national & international Voice carriers
Command on Packet Tracer, WinSCP, SecureCRT and Wireshark and other network tools for troubleshooting.
Command on other Network related tasks and provide Network Support for Nationwide CIR Data Customers
Working knowledge of Cisco Switches 3750, 3850 and Viptela Routers (vManage vBond vEdge) in SD-WAN services.
