• Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manages the process of preparation and distribution of payroll. Dealing in issuing letters related to salary of new appointments, promotions, changes in employee designations, changes in employee salaries, transfers and other employees related letters.
• Employee Relations: Maintaining positive employee relations within the organization. Implementing strategies for employee retention. Addressing and resolving employee grievances. Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.
Disciplinary Actions and Termination: Taking disciplinary actions when
necessary. Issuing warning letters, show-cause letters, and suspension of employment letters. Forming inquiry committees and taking appropriate steps based on inquiry reports. Issuing termination letters when required.
