• To assist seniors in ordering stock and non-stock local supplies. This includes processing requisitions, searching
products, clarifying specifications, personally follow-up of emergency items, maintaining up-to-date products and
utilizing IT & manual resou• To review stock status reports for item usage including unusual demands.
• Responsible for supplier’s evaluation and approval working.
• New Market development. ( in price, Quality and delivery)
• Interface with suppliers and related supply chain parties from order till delivery.Special Taskmaster to place orders.
• Experience of items repairing, casting, molding, coating of FRP material and rubber lining ect.
• Experience of purchasing relevant to Raw material, Instruments, Electrical, Power Plant, Mechanical & General
Items.
• Maintaining company cash for purchasing on daily basis.
• Handling emergency purchase efficiently.
• Ensure the quality, brand & quantity of material at the purchasing time.
• Checking the documentation of purchasing items in receiving room.
• To ensure terms, conditions / commitments agreed with suppliers and vice versa are fully met.
• Responsible for Vendors/Service provider’s bills checking, price verifications, ensuring quality purchase at the best
prices, and taking-up quality complaints with the suppliers.
• To maintain up-to-date data for immediate and accurate access of information for management review/decision.
• To negotiate delivery and period of delivery, time of material with vendors/carriers.
• To evaluate and implement most cost effective methods for procurement and verify billing.
• To review stock status reports for item usage including unusual demands.
