multi-sectoral programs. I hold an MSc in
Anthropology, along with certifications in
Emergency Response and CBDRM. My
expertise includes managing complex
projects in community development,
disaster risk reduction and management,
food security, nutrition, livelihoods,
Shelter, WASH, agri-value chains, and
emergency response.
Currently, leading UNWFP, UNFAO and
Core funded Early Recovery projects in
Sindh as Projects Manager at Human
Appeal. I have also successfully managed
multipul projects, including Covid-19
resilience, UKAID-funded BDRP, and
USAID’s CBDRM projects, by delivering
sustainable outcomes through innovative

management
· Overall laeding provincial-level field operations management, ensuring compliance across Program, M&E, HR, finance, procurement, and security while Provided strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams in CBT (FFA & CFA), WASH, FSL, and seasonal projects, driving timely execution and measurable outcomes across five districts (Qamber, Shaheed Benazirabad, Dadu, Osta Muhammad, and Jhal Magsi)
· Establishing and maintaining HA partnerships at provincial level for joint interventions with INGOs, UN agencies, charities & Govt institutes.
· Managing Livelihood Recovery initiatives through conditional–Food & cash-based transfer to 24000 flood affected HHs through food basket & MVA, for assets creation and capacity building.
· Leading Climate-Smart Agriculture and Livestock management interventions through 64 FFS established and operationalized with 1600 farmers.
· Led the implementation of adolescent and mother-child nutrition programs, benefiting 32,500 HHs through BNP-CASH and SNF distribution, and managing field operations for the Chaki fortification initiative, including installation of micro feeders across 8 districts, complemented by sensitization through Business support assistants and local LHWs for targeted districts.
· Managing WASH recovery interventions through (30 ROs, 411 hand pumps & 60 Deep wells) installation with operational water user committees.
· Spearheading a large-scale resilient housing initiative operations at the provincial level, overseeing the construction of 800 disaster-resilient shelters across 6 model villages.
· Initiated and managed OCWP and non-formal education interventions through AALTP, benefiting 800 out-of-school children and 350 adult learners
· Managing overall seasonal programs implementation (Qurbani, Ramzan, Eid gifts, Sadqa, special requests, medical cases & income generation)
· Initiated & managing "Access to Self Employment" component, trained 430 existing flood-affected MSMEs in financial literacy and digital marketing, and providing tailored support, and skill training for 310 youth, equipping them with in-demand skills and kits.
· Providing continuous guidance, mentorship, and capacity-building support to projects staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to carry out their tasks efficiently. Provide regular performance feedback and create development opportunities.
· Ensuring integration of gender and cross-cutting themes across all projects, while enhancing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) systems for continuous improvement against (KPIs) with Post distribution monitoring, developing quality donor report with accurate and timely information.
· Contributing to proposal development, and resources & operations planning in collaboration with the HOP, and specifically for emergency & recovery phase program development supported HA to secure 4 million USAID for institutional funding and contributing towards its expansion.
· Designed and executed field operations for early recovery projects in the most affected districts of Sindh and Balochistan, ensure measurable outcomes in Dadu, Qamber, Jamshoro, Osta Muhammad, and Jhal Magsi.
· Developed and implemented strategies for timely execution of CBT, food assistance, and nutrition programs, delivering impactful assistance to 48,500 vulnerable flood-affected households.
· Led large-scale disaster risk reduction and livelihood initiatives, enhancing community resilience through capacity building, skill development, and asset creation.
· Managed HA emergency Meal program for 8000 school childrens in TLCs during flood emergency response and early recovery phase.

· Took lead in the planning and smooth execution of the CBCRM Covid Response Project, develop field implementation plan and manage stakeholder engagement for Active Citizen Groups (ACGs) operationalized to lead health, hygiene, and vaccination mobilization efforts and livelihoods recovery.
· Led community-based awareness campaigns, (MSMEs) business revival initiatives for 100 Covid affected businesses in Ralawpindi & Taxila, and youth business startup initiative for 50 innovative business ideas with business plan development, tailored financial assistance and trainings on enterprise development, digital marketing and business skills with business induction support.

· Initiated the on-job skill training program, developed training manuals for different trades tailored with the local need for the potential youth and provided opportunity to the 50 potential youth to learn skills to diversify their livelihood and also provided toolkits for the successful graduates.
· Developed conditional cash transfer tools, SOPs, and grant mechanisms, while oversee project progress, donor reporting, and collaboration with key stakeholders for successful project implementation.
· Led project planning and implementation, managing stakeholder engagement and baseline surveys to identify target populations and key partners.
· Supervised hiring, training, and management of field staff and volunteers, ensuring effective delivery of Community Social Action Plans and youth engagement activities for community resilience & social cohesion project.
· Oversaw field activities, including awareness sessions, community mobilization, and formation of support groups, driving skill enhancement and livelihood opportunities for local youth.
· Lead and managed the design and execution of the Employment Support Program (ESP), achieved 40 job placements, established 20 production centers, and enabling small-scale startups for 60 graduates, benefiting 400 disaster-prone households.
· Strengthened community resilience through strategic planning and management of CBDRM, SBDRM, WASH, livelihood, and infrastructure interventions, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
· Conducted HVCRA, R&R Profiling, and developed Disaster Risk Management Plans, while providing technical coordination and mentorship to project teams.
· Enhanced livelihood resilience by equipping 400 youth with skills, toolkits, and employment opportunities, directly supporting 200 women through production centers.
· Lead structural & capacity building activities for assets creation, media campaigns, and the development of DRR-integrated proposals, for sustainable community development.
· Successfully led the Community Resilience Project by implementing a strategic plan, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Rescue 1122, and developing a signature Resilience Program for VSO Pakistan.
· Integrated resilience and DRR components into social action plans for all 32 peer groups using participatory approach, while assisting in project budgeting and financial planning with resilience partner Rescue 1122.
· Conducted capacity-building trainings (BLS, First Aid, CADRE, CBDRM), organized key events (Disaster Day, Peace Day, IVD), and led the National Rescue (CERT) Challenge competitions 2015 &16 at Emergency Services Academy Lahore.
· Led training programs for 1,200 Artificial Insemination Technicians (AITs) and 1,600 Women Livestock Extension Workers (WLEWs), successfully achieving Dairy Project targets across 150 villages with business inductions.
· Lead & managed mass awareness campaigns, including 250 silage shows and 70 street theater events, while coordinating with key stakeholders for 50 Model Dairy farm upgradation and 30 large scale biogas plant installations.
· Managed project execution, team coordination, and donor visits, ensuring effective delivery of startup kits, refresher training, and linkages with dairy market players for sustainable livelihoods.
· Ensured effective implementation of CBDRM activities with close coordination of PM, including community mobilization and the formation of Disaster Management Committees (DMCs) at village and UC levels.
· Designed CBDRM training plans, training manuals and delivered CBDRM component training sessions on DRR concepts for diverse community groups, including women, youth, elders, and persons with disabilities, to enhance risk assessment and DRM planning.
Established partnerships with local stakeholders, maintained accurate progress reports, and ensured Quality & Accountability standards were met, while facilitating regular meetings and field visits to support sustainability.
