• Leding & manage field implementation of Livelihood Recovery via Conditional Cash Transfers, Climate-Smart Agriculture and Livestock through FFS, Nutrition improvement via BNP-CASH, WASH interventions (ROs & hand pumps), flood-resilient housing, and non-formal education under the SEF-AALTP program.
• Leading & Managing 8,000 CBT HHs, 2,500 FFS, 20,000 ANP, 15,000 BNP, 100,000 WASH, 1,500 flood-resilient housing shelter project, 35 RO units, 2000 hand pumps, Assisting 10,000 HHs through Anticipatory Action Planing and 700 out-of-school learners in 4 flood affected districts of Sindh.
• Led infrastructure development including resilient housing reconstruction and communal structural rehabilitation, Anticipatory Action Planing, capacity building, skill development & enhancement through cash-for-work programs to build safer and more resilient communities to cope with the disaster situation.
