Responsibilities of the School Support  coordinator<br/>Developing a creative learning community across the school<br/>To build a community of creative learning practice  across the school, involving all Parents of community <br/>To facilitate the long term Development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systemic level, using  the creative school development framework and other resources <br/>As a facilitator in school, To translate the schools vision creative learning into practical implementation.<br/>Over all Responsibilities of program and school Management, delegating extensively  across the school community and ensuring role and responsibilities .<br/>Identifying and recruiting Potential teaching staff.<br/>Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school based Learning improvement plans and strategies.<br/>Supervise and guide School staff i.e. Head Teacher and other teaching staff in daily matters of Schools.<br/>Ensure that School is equipped with all basic facilities.<br/>Community mobilization to enroll maximum number of students within vicinities.<br/>Support School staff in ensuring maximum attendance of students specially girls. <br/>Make proper inventories including stock and HR.<br/>To participate in SMC/teachers/community/parent meetings<br/>Reporting on prescribed formats on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.<br/>Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quality.<br/>To submit fortnight and monthly program progress report<br/>Facilitating the inter classroom observations <br/>Facilitating and Monitoring the whole school requirement <br/>Providing all material need base in school Requirement of head teacher.<br/>Documentation management skills<br/>Academic Skills<br/>Data Collection <br/>Procurement management skills<br/>Negotiation skills    <br/>Interpersonal and communication skills<br/>Team management skills<br/>Finance and accounting skills<br/>Supporting and monitoring skills<br/>Support teacher in implementation newly learned concep
