Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab (IDAP) is an government autonomous body established for planning, designing, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure in the Punjab province, in line with the best international practices, to cope with the futuristic development needs. I was part of the Project Management Team and performed the following duties as Contract Administrator.
Contracts management including but not limited to:
· Ensuring that all requirements of the Contracts are implemented and maintained throughout the contract period.

ZKB – Reliable JV was a Contractor that was awarded the contract for construction of the Orange Line Metro Train Project (Package – II). I was employed by JV partner, Reliable Engineering Services, to perform the following:
· Managed the execution of work at Bund Road and Salahuddin Stations of OLMT.
· Ensured that all the works are being executed as the approved programme.
· Arranged and conducted inspections with consultant staff at the site.
· Resolved drawing issues as per site requirements in consultation with a designer.
· Resource management including manpower and machinery. Liaising with subcontractors.
· Supervised activities of Girder Launching from Pier# 98 to Pier#140 in coordination with the girder casting yard.
Major Project:
1. Construction of orange line metro train, Lahore
China State Construction (CSCEC) is doing business in more than 100 countries and regions in the world, covering investment and development (real estate, construction financing, and operation), construction engineering (housing and infrastructure) as well as survey and design. I was employed by CSCEC at its Motorway Project in Pakistan. During my employment, I performed the following tasks:
· Managed execution work of PKM RD 659+000 – 665+275 as per drawings and specifications.
· Managed the machinery, manpower at the site, and borrow areas.
· Managed petty contractors and their billing.
· Daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports and quantity take-offs.
· Planned and managed Inspection requests, dealing with In-house consultants and AER staff.

Habib Rafiq Private Limited is a leading construction company in Pakistan with having its own operational offices in UAE, KSA, Malaysia, and South Asia. I was part of its project management team as a graduate engineer and render my services for the contracts wing. My duties were:
· Reviewing tender documents to understand the contractual and technical scope.
· Assisting manager for effective coordination and contract administration.
· Discussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
· Any other duty as assigned by management.
